Quick response to Tony Bennett Reelection Bout

For some time I haven't been posting much on this blog.  So I've decided to re-post a number of things I've written elsewhere.  It seems to me that the economic forces of our nations are too often concentrated and are eroding the process by undermining the authority that is demonstrated by the statement " We the People"
In response to the question on Tony Bennett on wordpress entitled Indiana's Bennett has a big Election Head-start in Fund Raising
Its a dangerous philosophy which unfortunately defines our world and our future in the hands of a global corporate elite that is not subject to over-site of Democracy or even the Republic. They are creating a system where they decide and they benefit from the bread crumbs of every citizen. Large multinational corporations like Walmart or Billionaires like Rich Devos have benefited from this great country and now want to destroy the hopes and dreams of multitudes in some mislead philosophy which makes them as Lords to men ready to destroy dissenters with the strings of economic authority mistaking it for divine authority. They are in effect usurpers of the Democratic oath becoming like Pharaoh enslaving the people by the virtue of using the forces of monopoly and the need for bread to cast fear and trepidation into the hearts of men. Often each private company is not concerned with profits but with consuming the power and the right to control who will prosper and who will fail. They often employ their resources and other money to private equities and in fact are willing to drain the nation (21 trillion..http://t.co/ZYAtXpId) to spread their gospel of Greed.
Honestly its a shame at the pressure and divisiveness that Tony Bennett has employed to undermine so many dedicated educators to support a top down system that takes away our freedoms and demands our servitude using public money to fund private interests.  Unfortunately its not hard to imagine that Romney could pick Bennett for something, as we all noticed that Purdue's board of governors largely are from the same philosophy and willing to overlook the bias nature of selecting a chief lobbyist and influence peddler like Governor Daniels to the head of a Publicly funded university.  It seems few people are concerned with money trails any longer and that this conspiracy is becoming a cartel peddling influence and controlling markets.

The Unjustified Yellow Pages.

A few days ago I received another call from a debt collector from Yellowbook.  For some time (several years) I've been quietly disputing what I have always felt has been a racketeering scam by Yellow book and their competitor Yellow pages via AT&T.  They want me to list but not where I could be found or they want to bill excessively more than expected for services that they pay exorbitant fees to publish via the internet.   None the less it looks like after a year of constant badgering and clearly mean spirited demeanor I will be taking my last dimes and paying another group of high powered benefactors of  Glass Steagall and even the new bankruptcy laws.   The law grossly upholds the rights of high powered corporations and banks who no longer have to settle accounts even if their methods of obtaining those funds through fees, overbilling and charges is questionable.   It may in fact be that the situation is more about the questionable acts of employees who work within these large corporations to profit personally through understanding the internal processes of that corporation.  But this doesn't change the fact the companies have a lot less to offer and see the need to use the legal process to demand their defunct outdated services have more to offer than they really do.  The biggest problem for hard copy yellow pages is that many people now use those internet and they must upsell even these processes which can be done for a lot less when individuals and small businesses simply take on this responsibility on their own by going directly to the likes of Google or MSN.

I really doubt if my business has received even a few calls because of Yellow book which again doesn't matter and the hassle of fighting through the rigged system guarantees you will lose money one way or the other.  The upside to this hassle is that I may just finally get myself out of their books and have them out of my life forever.  Now if only I could do the same with Banks....now that statement might even get the Gustapo working overtime, but that’s the risk it takes ....
